Volunteer Orientation
After submitting a volunteer application through our website, each volunteer must attend a Volunteer Orientation prior to volunteering at La Clinica. Volunteer Orientation dates will be posted on a monthly basis. All Volunteer Orientations are held at La Clinica on the third floor in the conference room.
August Orientation Dates:
Wednesday, August 13 at 2PM and Friday, August 29 at 3PM
Community Outreach
La Clinica participates in various events in and around St. Louis City to promote the services of La Clinica and provide health screenings in the community. La Clinica encourages it’s volunteers to help out at each of these events. If you have interest in helping with any of the listed events please contact Jaclyn Norono-Leon, our Volunteer Coordinator.

Prenatal Classes
Our prenatal classes are offered two Tuesdays and two Fridays each month on various topics such as: Keeping Healthy During Pregnancy, What is Prenatal Care?, The “No’s” of Pregnancy, Eating for Two, Cooking Healthy at a Low Cost (with a cooking demonstration), Warning Signs and Coping, Sibling Rivalry (ages and stages of development), The Big Day!, and Caring for Your Baby and Yourself
